Founded in 1906 for the purpose of advancing the knowledge and study of numismatics, CONA is a not-for-profit organization. CONA holds a monthly meeting for the purpose of educating and discussing our love of all things numismatics. CONA is also the host of the Ohio State Coin Show held annually over labor day weekend.
For the CONA Coin Club meeting on the third Wednesday of every month.
The Central Ohio Numismatic Association is a great resource for numismatic information. Several members have had their insights published and some members have dedicated their profession to numismatics. Many members have made coin collecting a life long hobby. With a room full of knowledge and experience, CONA meetings are educational, interesting, and most of all lots of fun!
Meetings consist of a discussion about current numismatic topics, an educational presentation, and a club auction that provides members with an opportunity to buy, sell and trade coins. Each meeting also features a quiz, show and tell, door prizes, a raffle, and refreshments. We invite you to attend a meeting to see if CONA meets your expectations.
If you have a question about numismatics.
CONA members love to educate! If you have a coin that needs explanation or you are a collector looking for a community, CONA meetings are the place for you!
